The subject of the order is a comprehensive service of preparation and development of design and cost estimate documentation for the Task: "Construction and reconstruction of buildings H and D for the needs of the Masovian Hospital Bródnowski Sp. z o. o." The subject of the order will be implemented taking into account the Stages: 1) Stage I: Preparation of comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation for the Task: "Construction and reconstruction of buildings H and D for the needs of the Masovian Hospital Bródnowski Sp. z o. o." 2) Stage II constituting the Option Law: Performing author's supervision in the procedure(s) for the award of a public procurement contract for the performance of construction and assembly works (including, at the request of the Ordering Party - participation in the procedure(s) for the award of a public procurement contract as expert); 3) Stage III constituting the option right: Exercising author's supervision within the meaning of Art. 20 section 1 point 4 of the Construction Law (to the extent described in the draft contract, Annex No. 4 to SWZ), over the implementation of construction works covered by the completed Documentation. Law option - the Ordering Party may exercise the right of option regarding the implementation of works covered by STAGE II and III on the terms described in the draft contract (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ) and the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ).
