Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service consisting in organizing two study visits combined with a tourist trip to China for students of the MBA-SGH Program of the Warsaw School of Economics on November 1-10, 2026 and October 31-November 9 2027. Each of the two trips will be attended by a different group of at least 25 students of the MBA-SGH Program (but no more than 35) and one Representative of the Warsaw School of Economics (hereinafter: Trip Participants). 2. Order completion date: a) from conclusion of the contract, reservations and purchases of tickets for means of transport, and reservations and prepayments for hotels and meals, as well as arranging and booking meetings and all formal activities necessary to ensure the proper course of the visit; b) date of stay in China: November 1-10, 2026 (trip 1) and October 31-November 9, 2027 (trip 2).
