Comprehensive service for 5 cardioangiography devices The subject of the order is a comprehensive service for 5 cardioangiography devices. The scope of the service includes: periodic inspections, performing specialized tests throughout the duration of the contract, quality control during periodic inspections, remote diagnostics, repairs, modifications, spare parts, application assistance. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Form price and technical. 2. The procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with Art. 132 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "Act". In matters not regulated by the provisions of this ToR, the provisions of the said Act apply. 3. The proceedings are conducted in Polish. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting a variant offer 5. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 Act. 6. The proceedings in question are not conducted for the purpose of concluding a framework agreement. 7. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting an electronic auction in these proceedings. 8.
