Tender Details

Comprehensive purchase of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services. The subject of the order is the comprehensive purchase of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services to the consumption points listed in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. The estimated demand for electricity for individual tariff groups during the order implementation period was specified in the List of electricity consumption points constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, based on electricity consumption in the year 2023 and is indicative only, used to compare contractors' offers. The Ordering Party reserves that it does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the specified amount. The contractor will not have any claim against the Ordering Party for not collecting the expected amount of energy. The ordering party made payment for the amounts of energy actually consumed.3. A detailed description of the order is included in the List of electricity consumption points constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
