Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive water rescue service and the provision of pre-medical first aid services at the Aqua Centrum Kolbudy facility, which includes: 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 9 to SWZ.3. The contractor is obliged to have a third party liability insurance policy with a guarantee amount of PLN 1, 000, 000.00 and keep it valid throughout the entire order execution period.4. As part of the subject of the order, the contractor will perform a risk analysis for the entire facility, in accordance with Art. 4 section 1 point 1 Act of August 18, 2011 on the safety of persons staying in water areas (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 714), no later than September 30, 2026
