The subject of the order are services consisting in the preparation of full meals for patients outside the premises of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the requirements and standards applicable in health care facilities, including individual and special diets, and their distribution to the patient's bed in departments of the Ordering Party's Hospital. The service will be provided 7 days a week, including days off and holidays. Comprehensive provision of services related to the nutrition of patients of SP ZOZ MSWiA in Krakow 1. The subject of the order are services consisting in the preparation of full meals for patients outside the Ordering Party's headquarters, in accordance with the requirements and standards applicable in health care facilities, including individual and special diets, and their distribution to the sick bed in the departments of the Ordering Party's Hospital. The service will be provided 7 days a week, including holidays and holidays. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, e.g. as a result of responses to Contractors' inquiries. The expected monthly number of person-days is given in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ is an estimated value and is used to calculate the price of the service for the offer (i.e. determine the maximum remuneration of the Contractor).
