Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive collective nutrition service consisting in the preparation, distribution and distribution of meals for patients and regenerative meals for the Employer's employees. In order to demonstrate that the services offered meet the requirements specified by the Employer, the contracting authority requests that The contractor and the offer submitted the following means of evidence:

a) ISO 9001 certificate in the field of collective nutrition services,

b) ISO 14001 certificate in the field of collective nutrition services,

c) certificate of an authorized entity, confirming that - the contractor provides services in accordance with the requirements and has a HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety safety management certificate,

d) a statement that he will provide the service throughout the entire period orders in accordance with the HACCP system procedures,

e) certificate of obtaining a license of a ready meal for a basic hospital diet.

3.2. Having In mind of art. 107 para. 2 of the PZP Act, the Employer informs that the means of evidence in question are supplemented if they are not submitted or are incomplete.
