1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, through the GAA Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP9, 950, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Services of One (1) unit Computed Tomography (CT) Scan Machine for One (1) Year with IB N0. PB-SERVICES 2026-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
