The subject of the order are services consisting in preparing the area for the investment of the planned construction of a section of the S10 Szczecin Pia expressway, the section from the Szczecin Kijewo junction (without the junction) to the Szczecin Zdunowo junction (excluding the bypasses of Kobylanka, Morzyczyn and Zieleniewo), on land excluded from forest production pursuant to Art. 20b, 21 and 21a of the Act of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311), including services consisting of: a) harvesting wood, i.e. cutting and felling trees designated for removal using a chainsaw or multi-operation machines; b) harvesting wood, i.e. depositing wood raw material in a storage yard near a forest or export road indicated by the Ordering Party, c) preparing the wood raw material for measurement, i.e. in accordance with the Technical Conditions of the State Forests specified in Order No. 51 of the Director General of the State Forests of September 30, 2019 on the introduction of technical conditions used in the trade in wood raw materials in the National Forest Holding of the State Forests (reference: ZM.800.8.2019) taking into account changes...
