1. The subject of the order is comprehensive preparation and implementation of information and promotional activities regarding the Farmer's Portal project, which includes the following tasks: 1) Task 1 - Organization of nationwide conferences: The Contractor will comprehensively organize a minimum of one and a maximum of two nationwide conferences for 300 people each, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Annex No. 1 Description of the Subject of the Order to the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as: p.p.u.) constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ; 2) Task 2 - Local conference organization service: The Contractor will comprehensively organize a minimum of seven and a maximum of sixteen local conferences for 100 people each, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Attachment No. 1 Description of the Subject of the Order to the p.p.u. constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ; 3) Task 3 - Webinar organization service: The Contractor will organize and conduct a minimum of five and a maximum of ten webinars, for approximately 500 people each, for representatives of Regional Branches and District Offices of ARiMR, Agricultural Advisory Centers and representatives of agricultural administration institutions, in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Annex No. 1 Description of the Subject of the Order to the Agricultural Property Agreement. constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ; 4) Task 4 - Service of organizing meetings in vocational schools: The Contractor will organize and conduct educational and information meetings in agricultural schools, in a minimum of 10 schools agreed with...
