Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes comprehensive preparation and implementation of the Fund campaign aimed at promoting European funds, including informing residents about the effects of their implementation in the Witokrzyskie Voivodeship. 2. As part of the Fundowy Maj campaign, implemented in May 2026, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare and implement 8 tasks, i.e.: 1) Promotion of all events taking place as part of the Fundowy Maj campaign. 2) Organization of a sports event (outdoor event) of the Witokrzyskie Run. European.3) Organization of a sports event (outdoor event) and a family hiking rally.4) Activities for the organization of ecological workshops by the Nature Education Center in Umianowice.5) Activities for the organization of educational workshops by the European Fairy Tale Center in Pacanów.6) Organization of a European film marathon in the city of Kielce.7) Organization of promotional campaigns in the Provincial Public Library in Kielce. 8) Purchasing entry tickets to tourist attractions.3. Detailed a description of the subject of the order, including individual tasks, is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
