Scope of Service includes:a. Complete full comprehensive inspection audit of playground, skate park, water play, fitness equipment and softfall.b. Inspection of playground, water play, fitness equipment and skate park should be undertaken by a verifiably competent and qualified persons under strict compliant with the relevant Australian standards.c. GPS location of all playgrounds, softfall, shade sail, skate park and fitness equipment.e. Photographic evidence of all assets to be recorded and included in the report.f. Must include Make, Model and Serial numbers of equipment. Attributes associated to the asset.g. Must include company report and a report in digital excel format.h. The Comprehensive Audit for all assets relating to this RFQ will include but not be limited to the following:Park Name - SiteLocationAsset NumberCategoryAge / Installation DateRemaining Service LifeEstimated value $Equipment RegisterEquipment InventoryInspection reportAssociated photos including damage photosLife expectancy for assets below:- Playground: 15 years.- Synthetic Softfall: 10 years.- Fitness Equipment: 15 Years.- Skate Parks: 20 Years.i. Recommendations, including method of repair and budget estimates.j. Attach a format sample of company report when you submit the RFQ.2. This RFQ is for an initial 1-year period with option for a further 2-year extension.
