The subject of the order is comprehensive organizational, accommodation and catering services during events summarizing the implementation of the Instrument for the Green Transformation of Cities. 2. List of order elements: 2.1 Element No. 1 - Comprehensive organizational, accommodation and catering service for the 2-day conference "Green Transformation of Cities", 2.2Element No. 2 - Comprehensive organizational, accommodation and catering services for one study visit. 3. The description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. After concluding the contract (the draft provisions of the public procurement contract (PPU) are attached as Annex No. 2 to SWZ) it will constitute an annex to the contract. A contract will be concluded with the Contractor whose offer is deemed the most advantageous on the terms specified in the PPU. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of introducing changes to the concluded contract, pursuant to Art. 455 of the Act, in the manner and under the conditions described in detail in the PPU. 4. Proceedings for the award of public procurement for social services and other specific services in connection with Art. 359 point 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal Laws of 2026, item 793) hereinafter referred to as the "Act". is conducted in an open tender pursuant to Art. 132 of the Act and implementing acts issued on its basis.
