1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of two two-day away workshops for representatives of the Project Leader and Partners as part of the "Śląskie. Zawodowcy 2" project. 2. Description of the subject of the order (abbreviated: OPZ) constitutes: Annex No. 3 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract. The Contractor is obliged to complete the order in a way that ensures accessibility for all workshop participants, including people with disabilities: - as part of the service catering: In individual cases, the Contractor will provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free meals (or other meals for people with special dietary needs) - after prior notification by the Ordering Party no later than 3 days working hours before the start of a given workshop. - as part of the hotel service: the hotel must meet at least the requirements for adapting facilities to the needs of people with disabilities, specified in Annex No. 8 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Work of August 19, 2004 on hotel facilities and other facilities where hotel services are provided (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2166). 3.
