1. Comprehensive organization of a two-day field training outside the seat of the Maopolska Voivodeship Marshal's Office in the Maopolska Voivodeship, at a minimum distance of 30 km and a maximum of 100 km from the seat of the Voivodeship Marshal's Office Maopolskiego at ul. Racawicka 56 in Kraków, for at least 40 people, but not more than 50 people.2. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of this contract - contract template and constitutes Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be included as Annex No. 1 to the contract.4. The ordering party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 the Act specifies that it does not require the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the execution of the order on the basis of an employment relationship.5.
