1. The subject of the order is: Comprehensive organization of a trip for seniors from the Rudna commune.2. The subject of the order is to organize a 7-day national trip to Podlasie for a group of seniors from 80 to 100 people from the Rudna commune. As part of this order and the given offer price, the Contractor is obliged to organize a trip, providing all participants with: 1) transport of participants to accommodation and to individual sightseeing places, parking fees are also the responsibility of the contractor, road, climatic, accommodation and meals for drivers;2) pilot care, guide(s) services;3) accommodation in hotels/recreation centers/agritourism, meeting the conditions regarding safety and fire protection, conditions hygiene and sanitary conditions specified in the relevant regulations;4) meals, i.e. breakfasts and dinners, 1 regional lunch/dinner;5) organization of a cultural and recreational program in accordance with the Ordering Party's guidelines. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Annex No. 1 to the specification of the order conditions.
