Comprehensive organization of a study visit for representatives of the Group for the coordination of information and promotional activities of the European Funds The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of a study visit summarizing the financial perspective 2014-2020 and the current perspective 2021-2027 in the EU country: France, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in the scope of projects meeting the criteria of European added value (EAV) in accordance with RSI LORIS for representatives of the Group for coordination of activities information and promotion of European Funds. The visit will be organized for at least 15 and max. 20 people. The subject of the order includes, among others: - preparation of the study visit program - providing transport for a maximum of 20 people - assurance study visit coordinator - providing translation services during the study visit - accommodation and meals - study visit insurance - other activities necessary to effectively conduct the comprehensive organization of the visit studio. The subject of the order is described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"), constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, which will also be Annex No. 1 to the contract.
