COMPREHENSIVE ORGANIZATION SERVICE OF 2 WORKSHOPS FOR REPRESENTATIVES OF COORDINATORS OF CONSORTIATIONS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMART SPECIALIZATIONS OF THE WITOKRZYSKIE VOIVODESHIP AND ACCREDITED INNOVATION CENTERS 1 Comprehensive organization of a one-day workshop on the analysis of company connections, determining the MP status and de minimis aid for representatives of Coordinators of Consortiums for the development of smart specializations of the Witokrzyskie Voivodeship and Accredited Innovation Centers.2 As part of the service being the subject of the order, the Contractor's tasks will include, among others: - ensuring places to conduct a comprehensive workshop; - providing an expert conducting the workshop; - providing training materials and certificates; - providing catering, including continuous coffee service and lunch.3 Number of workshop participants: maximum 30 people. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of workshop participants to min. 25 people To calculate the gross offer price, the Contractor assumes the maximum number of workshop participants, i.e. 30 people, while settlements will be based on the actual number of participants. workshop at the unit price indicated in the Offer Form.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.5. Settlements between the ordering party and the contractor will be made in Polish zlotys.
