The subject of the order is comprehensive organization, preparation and service conference inaugurating the adoption of the "National Action Program for Dementia, public policy until 2030". 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ or SoPZ), containing a description of the minimum requirements in a given part, is attached as an attachment. to SWZ. 3. The order must be completed in full in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, OPZ and the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU), which constitute annexes to the SWZ. The subject of the order is a comprehensive service consisting of: preparing, organizing, conducting and servicing the conference inaugurating the Program for a maximum of 100 on-site participants. The order includes all organizational, technical, logistic and promotional elements, including: excluding: •providing a place for the event, •providing catering, provided by the Ordering Party. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the OPZ constituting an annex to the SWZ.
