1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization of a national study visit to the Greater Poland Voivodeship for a group of approximately 30 participants, including career advisors and employees of institutions involved in activities in the field of career counseling and coordination of regional educational activities. 2. The order includes in particular: 1) providing bus transport on the Gdańsk - Greater Poland Voivodeship - Gdańsk route, including local transport services, 2)reservation and provision of accommodation for two nights in a hotel with a minimum three-star standard, 3) provision of full board including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, coffee breaks and an official dinner, 4) organizing a substantive program of the visit covering at least four meetings study in institutions operating in the field of career counseling, 5) preparation of the cultural and cognitive part consistent with the topic of the visit, 6) insurance of participants regarding the consequences of accidents and medical costs, 7) assurance a coordinator responsible for the course of the visit and ongoing contact with the Ordering Party. 3.The visit is planned for March 2026 and will last three days, from Wednesday to Friday. 4. The detailed program and schedule will be agreed between the Ordering Party and the contractor within 14 business days from the date of signing the contract. 5.
