Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and service of a meeting with Fisheries Local Action Groups for a maximum of 95 people, taking place on May 19-21, 2026 in the Maopolskie Voivodeship, including, among others, the provision of: 1) hotel services, 2) services catering, 3) transport services, 4) conference room with equipment.2. Meeting participants will be accommodated in a hotel facility with at least a 3-star standard, entered into the Central List of Hotel Facilities, located in Maopolskie Voivodeship, at a distance of no more than 50 km from the city of Zator, calculated using the portal http://maps.google.pl/, using the road transport option.3. The subject of the order must be completed in accordance with the draft contract (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ), including Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the draft contract and the contractor's offers.
