Comprehensive organization of foreign travel 1) The subject of the order is comprehensive organization of foreign travel of employees, students, doctoral students, non-employees performing tasks for the university and arrivals from abroad guests of the University of Silesia - reservation, sale and delivery according to current needs of airline, train, bus and ferry tickets and passport visa service, on the terms and assumptions contained in the Detailed description of the subject order, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3) The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The order is not divided into parts due to its specific nature subject of the order including a comprehensive service - comprehensive organization of foreign business trips of employees, doctoral students, students and guests of the University of Silesia, including: searching for appropriate connections, reservation, sales and delivery according to current needs, including airline, train, bus and ferry tickets, as well as passport visa services. In particular, it also includes securing the implementation of the entire trip in accordance with applicable local regulations destinations and informing people leaving about them at times that enable obtaining appropriate documents (applies to all types of fees, e.g. airport fees, taxes, insurance, visas, transit visas, obligations...
