Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization, coordination and implementation of the European Funds Days (DFE) in Małopolska, which will take place at the Małopolska Science Center Cogiteon in Krakow - one of the largest educational and cultural projects implemented with the support of European Funds in the region. 2.DFE will include: 1) "Gala", during which beneficiaries of European Funds will be honored; 2) the "Science with Funds" event, during which visitors will have the opportunity free of charge: visiting the permanent exhibition; participation in workshops in laboratories and research studios; participation in scientific performances at the Małopolska Science Center Cogiteon; 3) the "Dancing with the Stars" event, during which residents of the region will be able to participate in dance lessons, games and competitions with well-known and liked musical pieces. 3. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be included as an annex to the public procurement contract. 4.Conditions implementation of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 5.W As part of the order, the contractor will be obliged to transfer the proprietary copyrights to materials created as part of the order to the Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template. 6.The ordering party...
