Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is comprehensive organization and technical support of two-day workshops of the Beneficiary's Team as part of the task entitled: "Development, implementation and dissemination of a system for electronic document management in entities public", carried out by the Scientific and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, on June 9 - 10, 2026, hereinafter referred to as the "Workshops". The Workshops will be attended by a minimum of 70 people and a maximum of 100 people, provided that: the final number of Workshop participants will be communicated to the Contractor no later than 3 calendar days before the date of the Workshops. The location of the Workshops and related services should be in a facility or center intended for the provision of conference, training and catering services, equipped with accommodation and recreational infrastructure, hereinafter referred to as the "Facility". This facility must be located within 165 km from the address: Łukowska 2 in Białystok and up to 100 km from the address ul. Kolska 12 in Warsaw. The distance will be measured in a straight line, using the 'Measure distance' function available on Google Maps. The standard of the facility cannot be lower than the three-star standard. The contractor will indicate the exact details place of implementation of the Workshops in the submitted offer in point 2.
