Comprehensive organization and service of the RegioSkills Małopolska Competition addressed to students of technical schools and vocational schools from the Małopolska Voivodeship 1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and service of the RegioSkills Małopolska Competition addressed to students of technical schools and vocational schools from the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the SWZ and will be included as an annex to the public procurement contract. 3.Conditions of order execution are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract - contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4.As part of performance order, the contractor will be obliged to transfer the proprietary rights to the Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of the contract template. 5. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by a contractor or a subcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the execution of the order. 6.
