The Forum will be of an expert nature and will bring together a group of specialists, including: in the field of intelligent specialization of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, including stakeholders of the regional innovation ecosystem. It will be attended by a maximum of 150 invited guests from Poland and abroad. The forum will be held in Polish and English. As part of the order, the Contractor will: obliged, among others, to: - rent a hall, provide catering services; - ensuring the visual and technical setting of the event; - providing remuneration to speakers and moderators; - providing simultaneous interpreting services from English to Polish language and from Polish to English, - provision of reception services, preparation and delivery of conference materials, - provision of a sign interpreter (conditional).
