1. The subject of the order is the comprehensive organization and service of an outdoor promotional and educational event entitled My City Science Picnic vol.2 in the Park. Prince Janusz in Warsaw on September 5, 2026 at 12:00 18:00.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, scope and manner and requirements/conditions for the execution of the order, as well as quality standards of the order, are determined by the draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter also referred to as the contract template, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and the document entitled A detailed description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Annex 1 to the contract template.3. Information about the division/lack of division of the order into parts. The Ordering Party will divide the order related to comprehensive event organization services into parts, each of which constitutes subject of separate proceedings. This proceeding concerns one of the above-mentioned part of the order.4.
