Comprehensive organization and conduct of a foreign study visit for local government units (LGUs) and social economy entities (PES) to Porto (Portugal): 1) The aim of the trip will be to present the structure and organization of the Portuguese system social care and social services (legal framework and resulting adjustments, practice in the functioning of the sector), good practices and benefits from the development of this sector, as well as possible forms of cooperation of various institutions in the field of social inclusion/service provision social. Particular emphasis should be placed on the social entrepreneurship system and good practices of selected social economy institutions/entities in areas such as: social services, education, social employment, reintegration, or support for people with disabilities. Target group exclusively from the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship: employees of local government units (LGU), including organizational units, employees of social economy entities (PES) and employees of the Regional Center for Social Policy in Toruń (ROPS).2) number of participants of the visit: 20 people;3) total duration of the visit - 4 days...
