The subject of the order is the service of comprehensive organization and implementation of a study visit to Riga (Latvia) for a group of 10 participants (excluding service technical) including transport, accommodation, meals, translation services, coordination and logistics services as part of the project "Implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Pomeranian Voivodeship (PGOWP) taking into account the hierarchy of methods management of municipal waste and the principles of circular economy (circular economy)" - LIFE Pom GOZilla.PL, Project co-financed by the European Union under the LIFE Program and by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and the Economy Water. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The law applicable to this order (including the contract concluded as a result of this procedure and the assessment legal effects of all documents in this order) is Polish law, taking into account European Union law. 4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes in which the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with Art. 99 section 5 and art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. 5.In ...
