Part 1 Comprehensive organization of 25 events Part 2 Comprehensive organization of 25 events 1. The subject of the order is a service consisting in comprehensive implementation, design, preparation, equipment, organization and operation of mobile stands educational and informational, hereinafter referred to as "NASK-PIB Mobile Stands", and the entire service is hereinafter referred to as the "Event" for the Scientific and Academic Computer Network - National Research Institute, hereinafter referred to as "NASK-PIB" or the "Ordering Party", during taking place outdoor events of a regional nature, related to agricultural tradition. The purpose of the stands will be to widely promote the activities of NASK-PIB, in particular in the field of cyber prevention and cyber security. 2. As part of the subject of the order The contractor will be responsible for: 1) Preparation of a list with exact locations of outdoor events, along with a schedule, as well as planning and coordination of activities referred to in Chapter 1 of Annex No. 1 to SWZ-SOPZ, hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ", entitled: "Planning and coordination"; 2) Organization of stands, production and delivery of gadgets, and provision of staff to operate the stands referred to in Chapter 2 of the SOPZ entitled: "Equipment and organization of stands"; 3) Organizing the training referred to in Chapter 3 of the SOPZ entitled: "Training for consultants"; 4) Ensuring transport, assembly and disassembly referred to in Chapter 4 of SOPZ entitled: "Transport, assembly and disassembly"; 5) Ensuring reporting and documentation referred to in...
