Comprehensive modernization of the radiotherapy management, verification and planning system along with the replacement of computer equipment at the NIO-PIB Branch in Gliwice 1. The subject of this order is a comprehensive modernization of the management, verification and radiotherapy planning together with the replacement of computer equipment at the NIO-PIB Branch in Gliwice, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party. 2. Description of the subject of the order and terms of execution of the order are included in the annexes: Description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 2 to SWZ, Product and price specifications - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, Draft provisions of the contract that will be introduced into the content of the contract - Annexes No. 10 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4. Offers no containing the full scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. 5. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers. The description of equivalence is included in Chapter IV of the SWZ. 6. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to pay a deposit, 7. Ordering Party requires securing the proper performance of the contract. 8. The Ordering Party does not provide for electronic auctions or supplementary orders. 9. In the proceedings in question, the ordering party requires the submission of the said evidence. 10.
