4.3. The order includes: a) renovation of the container, b) preparatory work, dismantling and demolition of the old scale, c) delivery and assembly of the on-ramp scale, d) delivery and installation of the barrier, e) container equipment, f) video monitoring and lighting of PSZOK Podegrodzie. Detailed the description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 9.1 9.4 to the SWZ. The works should be performed in accordance with construction practices, in compliance with Polish Standards, Technical Conditions in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of April 12, 2002 on conditions technical specifications that buildings and their location should meet (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1225), all applicable legal provisions and the attached documentation.4.4. Moreover, as part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to perform all works necessary for the execution of the order, including: a) arranging work facilities, b) securing the works in terms of occupational health and safety, this also applies to ensuring the safety conditions of all persons authorized to be on the construction site, c) organizing and carrying out the necessary tests, tests and acceptances for the scope of works covered by the subject of the order, d) cover damages incurred during the implementation...
