Description of the provision: The purpose of this Technical Specification Sheet is to establish the technical conditions that must govern the provision of the integral maintenance service, sanitization and sanitary control of drinking water sources equipped with reverse osmosis systems, including two annual changes of consumables and the performance of an annual analysis for the different sources owned by the Fundació Hospital Universitari Vall Hebron - Institute of Research (VHIR). For the execution of the contract, the successful tenderer must comply with all current technical regulations that are applicable at all times. Also, the purpose of this specification is to precisely define the work that the successful tenderer must carry out, which must be provided with maximum punctuality, dedication and professionalism. Hiring this service is necessary to guarantee the correct operation of the facilities, health safety and the quality of the water supplied to the VHIR facilities. In this sense, the provision of the service, which includes both periodic changes of consumables and the performance of an annual analysis, ensures compliance with current regulations and the maintenance of sources in optimal conditions, through interventions specialized and planned.
