1. The subject of the order is: provision of comprehensive cleaning services
indoors and cleaning surface and external areas of the Student and Doctoral Activity Center building, located at ul. Piastowska 1a in Wrocław.
2. The total area covered by cleaning is:
a) internal floor area + wall tiles 1, 676 m2
b) external area - 120 m2
3.Detailed the scope of activities, frequency of their performance, list of rooms and areas as well as organizational and technical requirements are specified in Annex. No. 3 to SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.
4. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order and the payment terms are indicated in the Annex. No. 4 to SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
