The total area covered by cleaning is: 1) Internal area: 2, 853.68 m2 2) External area: 1117.00 m2 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, including: range daily and cyclical cleaning, cleaning the property around and next to the building, washing windows on both sides and snow removal, included in Attachment. No. 3 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. 4. Detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the order and payment terms were indicated in the Annex. No. 4 to SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Agreement. 1. The subject of the order is comprehensive maintenance of cleanliness in the rooms including washing windows and cleaning the property in front of the building and servicing the cloakroom at the square.
