ITB NO. 2026-184
1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of (Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos) (PhP3, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Comprehensive Maintenance and Calibration of Mammography System Hologic Selenia under ITB No. 2026-184. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for Comprehensive Maintenance and Calibration of Mammography System Hologic Selenia. Completion of work shall be on a Quarterly or Four (4) Preventive Maintenance and Calibration visits upon signing of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
