Warehouse - single-nave hall with a steel structure, placed on a reinforced concrete foundation slab, covered with a symmetrical gable roof with skylights. Location of the facility: plots no. 19/4 and 19/8, registration unit of the city of Jasło, precinct 04 - Magazynowo District - Industrial. Building area of the hall - approximately 751.90 m2, volume of the hall - approximately 3, 732.64 m3.2. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) development of multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation based on the available functional and utility program, architectural concept, geological and engineering documentation and geotechnical foundation conditions to the extent necessary for approval by the architectural and construction administration body (with obtaining final decision on the construction permit to the Ordering Party). 2) performing author's supervision during the implementation of works based on the prepared design documentation, as provided for in Art. 20 section 1 point 4 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Law construction, 3) preparation of an application for a building permit, 4) preparation of a notification to the District Construction Supervision Inspector of the intention to start construction works, 5) preparation of the construction site...
