4.1. The subject of the order are construction works related to the implementation of the task titled: Comprehensive energy modernization of the Public Kindergarten in Popielów, as part of the project Comprehensive energy modernization of public utility buildings in the commune. Popielw, Ubniany Commune and Murw Commune. The scope of the order includes in particular: 1) Thermal insulation of external walls, 2) Replacement of windows (roof windows) and external doors, 3) Installation of a heat pump and removal of the existing boiler, 4) Replacement/installation of sanitary installations, 5) Installation of mechanical ventilation, 6) Installation of electrical and lightning protection installations, 7) Replacement of the lighting installation with energy-saving LED luminaires, 8) Installation of photovoltaic cells with installations with a power of 27.5 kWp, 9) Works related to increasing the accessibility of the facility, including: a) Renovation of the existing driveway, b) Construction of a new driveway, c) Construction of an elevator shaft along with accompanying and installation works, 10) Replacement of the roof covering, 11) Replacement of the gutters with new steel ones color of the roof covering, 12) Replacement of attic insulation, 13) Renovation of external stairs, 14) Finishing and supplementary works...
