1. The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of a multi-family residential building located at ul. Jankego 65 in Katowice.2. The works will include in particular: 1) insulation of the basement ceiling; 2) insulation of the ceiling above the top floor; 3) wall insulation basements; 4) façade insulation; 5) plastering; 6) roofing made of roofing felt; 7) partial replacement of formwork 8) replacement of sheet metal flashings; 9) renovation of chimney heads; 10) construction of gravity ventilation ducts; 11) replacement of window frames; 12) replacement of central heating installations and radiators. As part of the contractual obligations, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare a health and safety plan (BIOZ), in accordance with the draft provisions of the contract. INFORMATION RELEVANT FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDER: (1) Works requiring entry to the premises will be carried out on dates agreed with the tenants by KZGM employees. Any problems related to entering the apartment should be reported to the supervision inspector. Detailed arrangements for entry dates and methods of entry into the premises it is up to the contractor to carry out the work with the least disruption.
