The subject of the order is the execution of construction works as part of the task entitled: Comprehensive energy modernization of the administration building at ul. Rolniczej 4c in Radziejow, including the audit, expansion and reconstruction of the building. The investment is located in Radziejow, part of plot no. 778/1, registration area 0001 Radziejw. There are four buildings on the plot. The administrative building, a two-story building with a partial basement, is subject to thermal modernization. The scope of works includes in particular: 1. Thermal modernization works: a) insulation of external walls and foundation walls, b) insulation of the flat roof, c) replacement of external windows and doors.2. Installation works: a) construction of a photovoltaic installation with an energy bank, b) construction of the necessary accompanying installations (electrical, lightning protection, etc.).3. Construction works: a) construction of an external elevator for passengers disabled, b) dismantling the existing ramp, c) accompanying works (foundation, reconstruction, surface, drainage, etc.).
