The subject of the contract is:
1) for the collection point with micro -installation and the status of a prosumer - comprehensive supply of electricity from the power grid to the contracting authority facilities, implemented on the basis of a sales contract referred to in art. 5 para. 2 of the Act of April 10, 1997 Law Energy and the provision of electricity distribution service.
