The subject of the fall is the supply of active electricity and the experience of electricity distribution to the facilities of organizational units Funds of agricultural social insurance with parameters specified in point 3. In the framework of the fall, the Contractor will be visible for the Ordering Party supplies electricity, removal of transmission and distribution of electricity on the basis of: comprehensive agreement within the meaning of art. 5 of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266 of the amendment), in accordance with the executive provisions issued to this Act and renewable acts Energy of Energy of February 20, 2015 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1361 of the north amended) and executive acts issued on its basis, the Civil Code and the principles set out in the concession. The provided electricity must be convenient with technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, files Executive to this Act and Polish standards.
