Tender Details

The subject of the order was divided into 28 Packages. The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Packages. 1. Carrying out clearing works, which should be understood as all activities, including actual and formal ones, for the purpose or necessary to remove trees from the strip of the line (including grubbing, and tidying up the real estate and managing wood material) in accordance with the law, in accordance with the list listed in point I of Part II of the SWZ - including: a) Arrangements with persons having legal title to the real estate, in accordance with point VI Part II SWZ. b) Where required obtaining permits under the law (administrative decisions, including decisions authorizing the removal of trees in accordance with the Nature Protection Act or decisions authorizing the occupation of real estate in accordance with the Real Estate Management Act), enabling the performance of felling works, and implementation of the above permits (including enforcement of the provisions of the above-mentioned permits) and incurring the costs resulting from the permits obtained. c) Preparation and delivery to the Ordering Party of photographic documentation of the trees, before and after felling, made in accordance with Annex No. 10 to Part II of the SWZ. d) Making a cutting in the line, on the Lines specified in point.
