Ladies and Gentlemen, On behalf of Holcim Polska, I invite you to participate in an inquiry regarding the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for office, social and common facilities in 34 locations in Poland. A detailed list of locations, contact persons, sizes and specifics of the space are included in Annex No. 1 to the inquiry. The framework scope of services includes: Daily/periodic cleaning of office spaces (vacuuming, washing floors, dusting furniture and equipment). Comprehensive maintenance cleanliness in social rooms and kitchens. Disinfection and cleaning of sanitary facilities (toilets, bathrooms). Washing windows and glazing (periodically - e.g. twice a year). Day service (optional, as required at main branches). Replenishing hygiene products (toilet paper, paper towels, soap - on the Contractor's side). In the case of the Małogoszcz location, the scope of maintenance of green areas is also included. Key requirements for the Contractor: A. Potential logistical and nationwide coverage. The Contractor must demonstrate that it has the operational capacity to simultaneously and continuously service all 34 locations in Poland. It is required to appoint a dedicated Contract Coordinator (or regional coordinators), which will be the only point of contact for the Ordering Party in emergency situations and during quality audits.B.
