The Kujawsko-Pomorski Plant in Bydgoszcz invites Contractors with knowledge and experience in the subject of the order to submit a price offer for the comprehensive cleaning service of service rooms in the facilities of the Passenger Transport Section at the Toruń station. Main, Rolling Stock Maintenance Section in Toruń, ul. Kluczyki 17-21 and in the Passenger Transport Section at the Inowrocław station. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the order, payment terms and other important requirements are included in the contract template, which constitutes Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. The procedure consists of two stages: 1) stage I - submission of an initial offer in electronic form on the Purchasing Platform; 2) stage II - negotiation of the offer price or auction electronic (according to the Ordering Party's choice). The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the Procedure at any stage (including after the selection of the offer) without giving a reason.
