Comprehensive cleaning service inside 4 facilities of the Medical University of Lublin 1. The subject of the order is the service of comprehensive cleaning inside the facilities of the Medical University of Lublin (hereinafter referred to as: "the subject of zamówienia”). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law up to the value of 50% of the basic order. 5. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to carry out activities within the scope of implementation subject of the order consisting in constant contact with the Employer's representatives and physical work - cleaning (does not apply to persons performing only work at heights) were performed by persons employed by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract (in any dimension), if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
