1. The subject of the order includes: Comprehensive cleaning, re-cleaning and ongoing maintenance services at the headquarters of the Bemowo District Office in Warsaw, at ul. Powstańcow Śląskich 70 together with the adjacent external area.

Comprehensive cleaning, re-cleaning and ongoing cleanliness service at the headquarters of the Bemowo District Office in Warsaw, at ul. Powstańcow Śląskich 70 with the adjacent external area

14. Scope and frequency of cleaning :

14.1Daily cleaning activities and, if necessary, reported by the supervising employee of the Administrative and Economic Department include:

14.1.1 Vacuuming the carpet with a nozzle intended for a given type of surface (e.g. for carpet)

14.1.2 Vacuuming and washing the floor, includingalso the floors in the vestibules, at the entrances to the building.

14.1.3 Keeping the floor clean on an ongoing basis during the Employer's working hours, with particular emphasis on the main hall on the ground floor and first floor and vestibules, as well as during rainfall (while the floors are drying, The Contractor's responsibility is to place safety signs "Slippery floor").

14.1.4 Machine cleaning of the floor on all 5 levels of the Ordering Party's building.

14.1.5 Wiping dust from furniture, desks, window sills, display cases, stands, lamps, shelves, radiators, cabinets, blinds, wall strips...
