The subject of the order is a comprehensive cleaning service divided into the following parts: 1)Part No. 1: 1 A - comprehensive cleaning of the District Court building in Gliwice at ul. Kościuszki 15; 1 B - comprehensive cleaning of the room criminal court of the District Court in Gliwice at ul. Zawisza Czarny 1F; 2)Part No. 2 - OZSS in Zabrze, ul. Pawliczka 25. 3. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers divided into the above-mentioned. parts. Contractors can submit bids for any number parts. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the following annexes: 1) Annex No. 3 - proposed provisions of the contract; 2) Annex No. 4 - description of the subject of the order. 3) Annex No. 7 - the schedule for the description of the subject of the order applies only part no. 1. All annexes constitute an integral part of this SWZ. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues. 6. The Ordering Party does not envisage the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law. 7. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding the contract taking into account options and renewals. 8. For all parts, the Ordering Party requires that the contractor or subcontractor employ, under an employment contract, persons performing cleaning activities indicated in the description of the subject of the order and in the draft provisions of the contract.
