(4) Description.
(i) The successful vendor shall provide web-based comprehensive company financial capability assessments to lower the Government-s risk of poor contract performance through access to company-provided financial statements, publicly available financial information, industry comparison studies, credit history information and market analysis information to include a comprehensive review of a company-s financial capability to support is current and future workload and assessment of the probability of a company encountering liquidity or solvency problems. 24 Licenses required.
(ii) This is a commercial product. Award will be based on how well the vendor-s proposed product technical capability will meet the Government-s need, price and past performance. All aspects of the technical specifications shall be addressed and demonstrated in the vendor-s proposed product technical capability.
