Description of the provision: The purpose of the contract is to offer comprehensive assistance services to all third parties in the use of the electronic administration services of Sitges City Council, as well as those of other public administrations than the City Council require The provision of the service consists of attention, support, accompaniment, resolution of incidents and consultations to all third parties (citizens, professionals, companies, entities), who interact with the City Council through the various published, existing or future electronic information, management and processing platforms as well as other public administrations with which the City Council requires. The City Council reserves the right, for reasons of security, urgency or convenience, to perform certain assistance services through its staff.
